Predicting the diffusion of CO2 in substituted amines

MSc student: Masy Emmanuelle (TNW)

Since CO2 absorption in amines is a chemisorption process, the reaction greatly affect the solubility and the diffusion of the CO2 and increases the complexity of the absorption process. Fortunately, some methods are available to circumvent this problem. Using these techniques, we can calculate solubilities and diffusion coefficients of CO2 in amine solvents.
