Alternative energy technologies like microwave and non-thermal plasma applied to different industrially relevant cases studies in the application areas of advanced pharmaceutical synthesis, green fuels and bulk chemicals synthesis.

M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering at the University of Valladolid (Spain) (2006-2012). 

  • Master Thesis performed at the University of Bochum (Germany) regarding the preparation of silicate mesoporous materials: assisted ultrasound synthesis in sub- and supercritical CO2 (2011-2012)
  • Research work at the Chemical Engineering and Environmental Technology Department at the University of Valladolid based on enzymatic hydrolysis of lignocellulosic material pretreated with AFEX for the production of bioalcohols (2011)
  • Internship at the Agrarian Technological Institute of Castilla y Leon (Spain) focused on the study of pervaporation process to produce biobutanol from whey (2010)
